Meningitis B Vaccination

We offer the free NHS Meningitis B vaccination to eligible young people.

  • Anyone born between 1 September 2007 and 31 August 2008

  • Anyone born on or after 21 July 2001 who is starting undergraduate university for the first time in autumn 2026

  • Anyone born on or after 21 July 2001 who is starting further education for the first time in autumn 2026 and will be living in eligible student accommodation or halls of residence

Two doses are required, given at least 28 days apart. Eligibility and previous vaccination history will be checked by our pharmacist.
